A lot of athletes know nutrition matters but often feel unsure about what they should be eating, how much they need or how to fuel properly around training. Conflicting advice, busy schedules, under-fuelling, poor recovery, and inconsistent routines can all impact performance, energy, body composition and progress.
My role is to simplify the process. Using evidence-based sports nutrition, I help clients build practical strategies to improve fuelling, recovery, performance, and confidence with food.

I'm Nikki!
My background in dietetics, combined with my personal passion for fitness has shaped the way I work with clients. I understand the demands that come with training alongside work and everyday life, as well as how confusing nutrition advice can be when you’re trying to do your best, I was there once too.
I love working with athletes and active individuals across a range of goals, whether it’s optimising for performance or improving health outcomes. My focus is always on creating realistic, individualised strategies that fit into real life, not rigid plans that are hard to maintain.
Nutrition should feel simple, approachable, and supportive, so you can feel confident in how you fuel your body and focus on what you do best.
